KUSKA SCHOOL
THE PROPOSAL
At Kuska School we welcome children with love, affection and respect. We offer a healthy and safe environment that responds to the true needs of children, with activities that allow them to understand the world through their own experience, through doing, feeling and thinking.
We provide partial and full scholarships so that children from low-income households can access the full program of studies, develop skills and the confidence that will allow them to be leaders in a changing world.
We promote a suitable environment to develop the autonomy and independence of the child, critical thinking, free choice, creativity, an awareness of peace and in harmony with the environment that surrounds us.

PRINCIPLES
- The school promotes and cares for harmonious coexistence between people and with our environment.
- The school is open to all children and families who share our philosophy, regardless of their socio-economic, physical and intellectual condition.
- The school conceives children as unique beings who think, feel and do in an integral way.
- The school respects diversity and considers dignity and universal human rights in favor of a balanced and respectful coexistence.
EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY
The school could not exist if it weren't for the people who sustain and strengthen it through their energy, presence, time, ideas, lots of love and commitment.
THE TEACHERS
The team of teachers is, in essence, a living organism that shares the same space, that celebrates achievements and takes on daily challenges, that has the capacity for dialogue and listening, that brings all of itself every day and joins the same mission : accompany the boys and girls in a RESPECTFUL and LOVING manner. Teacher Kuska is a person who is in constant comprehensive development and self-observation, with a self-critical, reflective and leadership attitude. He is a being who listens, observes, attends and takes care of himself and the educational community with dedication and love; a person who concretizes ideas and integrates them into the proposal, innovating and using his pedagogical creativity in daily practice.
THE FAMILIES
Families play a fundamental role in the development of the school program. With their commitment, affection and participation, the educational proposal is strengthened. We know that education does not take place only at school. That is why we work with families so that they are more active agents in the educational process of their sons and daughters. We understand that the educational dynamic includes us all, that it is a permanent activity that integrates boys and girls, teachers, families and the community as a whole.
BOYS AND GIRLS
The graduate student from Kuska School will be an autonomous, creative and supportive person; with a conscious, open, reflective and critical attitude. A person who competently develops, knows and manages their aptitudes, intellectual and emotional abilities, living in a balanced way with themselves and their environment.
